Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Juki Amsterdam packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and fragile items are securely padded.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
