Metal Desk Lamp in style of Stilnovo or Cosack (Grey)

Beautiful metal desk lamp, probably made by Stilnovo or Cosack, but we haven't been able to track down the exact manufacturer. It's definitely in style of either once of these manufacturers and also of the same quality. It has a heavy metal base finished witha wrinkle lacquer, just like the metal grey shade. The lamp kan be adjusted a bit by the hinges on the base, and by the look of it, it can also be transformed to a wall lamp by rearranging the metal rods. It's in great condition and just a lovely piece!
