Chest of drawers designed by Ate van Apeldoorn for Houtwerk Hattem. This cabinet is manufactured in the Netherlands in the 1960s. Ate van Apeldoorn founded Houtwerk van Hattem and is known for his simplistic furniture designs. He only used locally produced wood. Therefor his designs are made from Dutch pine trees. He wanted to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
