Artek G-Stool by Bertel Gardberg

G-stool designed by Bertel Gardberg for Artek. These stools are from the 1960s and made from solid pine wood. They are also known af Finish sauna stools. This design was created for Villa Jouhki in the 1950s and has become a rare collectible. The design exemplifies simplicity and functionality. Bertel Gardberg was more known for his silversmith work, but he also designed some furniture pieces like the G-stool. 

Both stools are in great vintage condition and have aged beautifully. Once of the stools still has the Artek stamp visible on the bottom.
